Japan, Former Prime Minister Abe. TAIWAN'S BEST FRIEND FOREVER

上週五,日本 #安倍晉三 前首相不幸過世,許多民眾在日本台灣交流協會外的留言牆上,寫下對他的追思和感謝。

今天,我也前往日本台灣交流協會,代表政府和人民,向安倍前首相的家屬,致上最深的哀悼。對於不法的暴力行為,我們也要再次予以最嚴厲的譴責。

這幾天,我也看到,在台灣和日本,許多朋友都在回顧,安倍前首相彈琴悼念311震災罹難者的影片。安倍前首相在影片中表達了,希望跟大家一起發揮挑戰的精神以及互助扶持的精神。

我相信,這也是台灣和日本共同秉持的精神。過去,台日相互扶持走過許多的挑戰,今天,我們一起追悼安倍前首相,也會記得他對台日合作的期待。

未來,台灣和日本會持續攜手合作,深化雙方的友好關係,共同創造印太地區的自由和開放。

我要再次感謝安倍前首相對台日關係的貢獻,就如同他所彈奏的歌曲《花正在開》,我們一起繼續努力,讓更多的台日合作開花結果。



President Tsai Ing-wen visited the Japan-Taiwan Exchange Association in Taipei on the morning of the 11th, for the advice of former Prime Minister Abe. President Tsai Ing-wen offered flowers to former Prime Minister Abe's shadow with a badge showing friendship between Japan and Taiwan, and offered deep gratitude.
